Everything is paid before check-in, by bank transfer: at
booking you pay 50% of the total as a deposit, which is
non-refundable; the remaining 50% is due 30 days before
check-in, and is also non-refundable. If you book
less than 30 days before check-in, the full amount is paid
in one instalment at booking. The total is the one
in the quote, tourist tax included: nothing is left to pay
on arrival.
We send the bank transfer details by email, after confirming
the dates. Until the transfer arrives, the dates stay open
for everyone.

Late check-out until 1:00 pm costs €100 and must be arranged
before check-in.
The minimum stay is 3 nights,
while the maximum length allowed for a tourist rental is
30 nights.
Uflat can host up to 8 people. The
base rate includes up to 4 guests; each
additional guest carries a daily supplement, shown
transparently in the quote.
The tourist tax, set by the Municipality of Catania, is
collected on behalf of the local council, to which it is
subsequently paid.
The amount is always shown separately in the quote, for full
transparency. The tax applies to the first
4 nights, and guests under 16
are exempt.
The letting is finalised with a short-term tourist rental
agreement signed between the parties.
